今回はハーブティについてのお話です。

ハーブティを選ぶのって、なかなか悩みますよね。
味のイメージがつきにくいというか・・
わたしの個人的な好みもありますが、
レモンバームやレモングラス、ローズヒップが含まれているものは比較的飲みやすいかな、と。
あくまでも！個人的にですが！(笑)
わたしは妊娠前はハーブティが苦手だったのですが、
出産後からなぜか好きになりました。
妊娠を期に、食の好みが変わることも多いですもんね。
最近は、とくにハーブに興味があるので
これからハーブの資格を取得しようと思っています（＾－＾）
トリートメントでもハーブを活用しますし、もちろんアロマも使用するので
